A delicate tomato sauce that can be used as a condiment on almost anything. It is quite simple to make and will last a long time in the fridge. I always use a well flavored tomatoes in a can, preferably Italian tomatoes.

1 can tomatoes, 14 oz, pureed, or tomato sauce.
1 garlic clove, finely minced
2 tablespoons weet paprika
Hot paprika, as desired
salt
4 tablespoon oil (approx)
Add the oil to a pot and heat. Add garlic and fry till light brown. Add both the paprika powder and sauté for 1 minute, do not burn. Add tomatoes and cook on medium high till the sauce thickens and the oil begins to separate from the sauce, about 15-20 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings. You can leave this sauce a bit runny or thicken it, based on what your use for it is.
