An essential Indian chutney. It is super easy to make and can be used as a side with any kebab, grilled meat, or fried snacks like samosas. It can also be used as a raita.

1/2 cup yoghurt
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Green chile to taste
1 handful of cilantro, stems included. Or 1/2 cilantro and half mint leaves.
Salt to taste.
Blend till smooth.
For a green chutney, leave out the yoghurt.
